He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Darby, Sr. and Grace Dodson Darby; his brother Jerry L. Darby; and his sister-in-law Jane Mashburn Ingles. He is survived by: his wife Hollene Mashburn Darby; his brother David Darby (Judy); and his sister-in-law Joyce Darby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and by his wife.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to Heritage Presbyterian Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
