He was predeceased by: his parents, David Franklin and Neva Jean Kibler (West); his wife Frances Mae Pracht; and his children, Karen Gosselin and Kevin Kibler.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn "Kathy" Kibler of Woodstock, GA; his son-in-law Jim Gosselin; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Jones (Jordan), Jacob Kibler, Lisa Gosselin (Pat) and Lori Dudgeon (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Amelia, Logan, Lillian and Jeffrey Jr.; and his siblings, Dan Kibler (Vi), Rodney Kibler (Vicky) and Tina Miller (Dan).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Research Institute.
