He is survived by: his wife Cindy Addington; his daughters, Lea Alvarez (Mike) of Dallas, GA and Callie Addington of Acworth, GA; his sisters, Sue Knowles and Cindy Wade (Clyde); and his grandson Lucas Wain Alvarez of Dallas, GA. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
