With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tamara Denise McKay in Acworth, Georgia, born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Marcia Wiley Smith of Winder, GA and Benjamin Dunn Smith; her husband Donnie McKay of Acworth, GA; her children, Dr. Dylan McKay of New Haven, CT and Emily Fitzpatrick (Joey) of Greenville, SC; her sisters, Christi Callihan (Ray) of Mansfield, TX and Amy Smith of Winder, GA; and her mother-in-law Pat McKay. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
