With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Ann Smith (Acworth, Georgia), born in Dover, New Jersey, who passed away on May 10, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchel Chmura and Beatrice Chmura; her former husband Garry James Smith; her husband Harry Shupe of Wharton; her daughter Lynda Jane Harris; and her nephews, Teddy Smith and Michael Evans.
She is survived by: her son Dan Smith (Sage) of Marietta, Georgia; her sister Nancy of Australia; her grandchildren, RJ, Joey, Sam, Garrity and Paisley; her great grandchildren, Landen and Kenlee; and her nieces, Michelle, Cindy and Sue.
Out of an abundance of caution due to the pandemic, attendance is reserved for family.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to GRACEPOINT School, a non-profit school for dyslexia which was very dear to Sue's heart.
