He is survived by: his former wife Bethany A Galvin; his son Nicholas; his wife Beth; his son Nick; his daughter-in-law Kelsey Galvin; his daughter Morgan Galvin; his grandson Maddox James Galvin; his mother Carolyn S. Galvin; and his siblings, Paul J Galvin (MaryAnn), Elizabeth M Galvin, Mark F Galvin (Stephanie) and Laura Galvin. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
