He is survived by: his parents, Rosemarie "Rose" Chastain and Patrick "Pat" Chastain; his daughter Gabby Burdette; his sisters, Melanie Moore and Cyndi Tufts (Julie Reynolds); his niece Marie; his nephew Anthony; and also, Mia, Autumn, Dallas and Lyliah. He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
