He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Bartlett and Minnie Balenger Bartlett (Ann Noble Bartlett). He is survived by: his son Roger Bartlett (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Andrew Bartlett (Rachel) and Shelley Bartlett Stone (Seth); his great grandchildren, Layne Bartlett and Lindy Bartlett; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Bartlett and Truman Dee Milwee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
