It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patton Orus Piper Sr. of Acworth, Georgia, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Naoma Piper. He is survived by: his father Bill Piper; his wife Terry Dodson Piper (Teresa) of Acworth, GA; his children, Rus Piper of Carrollton, GA and Leslie Carroll (Tommy) of Smyrna, GA; his brother Joe Piper (Denise) of Knoxville, TN; and his aunt Faye Ebert of Virginia. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
