With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Marie Tubiak of Acworth, Georgia, born in Albany, New York, who passed away on October 23, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Bylancik and Patricia Bylancik; her husband Don; her sons, Brian (Aubrey) and Scott; her grandson Barrett; and her siblings, Robert Bylancik (Anne), John Bylancik (Angela) and Gloria Snyder (Richard). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
