She is survived by: her husband Darrell Dean Smith; her daughters, Misty Pharr (Tommy) and Tara Powell; her sisters, Diane Powers and Rebecca O'Kelley; and her grandchildren, Reagan Pharr and Carson Powell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
