He is survived by: his wife Charline Hendry Race; his sister Ruth Jean of Ohio; his children, Donna Alexander Race Connell (Phil) of Bluffton, SC, Craig Race (Deborah) of Atlanta, GA, Roger Race (Teri) of Ranger, GA and Robin Race of Braselton, GA; his grandchildren, Lauren Race Powell (Robert) of Charlotte, NC, Cameron Race (Ashley) of Buford, GA and Torrey Brown (Chelsea) of Woodstock, GA; his great grandchildren, Eden Powell, Rowan Powell and Emmett Race; and his caregiver Cindy Shaw.
