She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Wintrode and Elizabeth Wintrode; her husband Leonard Joseph Spivak; and her brothers, Glenn and James.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie (Rick), Lisa, Loretta, Scott, Linda (Don) and Peter. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
