She was predeceased by: her parents, R. A. Milam and Sara Milam; her brother Terry Milam; her son Barry Logan; and her son-in-law Wesley Kay.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Brookshire; her sister Ramona Putnam; and her children, Sandy Kay, Diane Underwood (Dennis), Terry Brookshire (Christine), Jill Dunlop (Duncan), Vicky Lee (Ryan), Kris Hall and Jody Brookshire. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and countless family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (4947 N Main St, Acworth, GA 30101). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Collins Funeral Home (4947 N Main St, Acworth, GA 30101).
