She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvin Austin Carter and Jessie Whitman of Virginia; her husband Louie Elihu Wills of Fort Payne, Alabama.; her siblings, Glenn Carter and Geraldine Carter Howard; her grandchildren, Darby Wills Chism, Brooke Wills DeForest, Tyler Parris, Will Parris, Hunter Parris, Kristi Campbell Horne and Brittany Campbell; and her sister Helen Carter Payne of Toccoa.

God bless all the people who cherish her memory. Due to COVID the family is having a closed funeral with a burial in Ft. Payne, Alabama.
