He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Siegel and Shirley Cohen Siegel. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Renee Siegel and Lance Richard Siegel; his grandchildren, Justin Ryan Siegel and Hillary Brooke Siegel; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Cardell and Makayla. He is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
