It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Schneider of Acworth, Georgia, born in Milton, Kentucky, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Murphy and Effie Murphy (Tingle); her husband Thomas Schneider; her son Darrick "Ricky" Hersey; and her siblings, Ruth Ginn, Pearl Bodeweitz, Anne Ginn, Doris Grabbe, John, Bill, Joe, Jerry, Chester, Vernon, Mike and Morris Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Thompson (Robert) of Fort Worth, Peggy Kapas (Robert) of Acworth, Theresa Robinson of Madison, Indiana and Christopher Hersey of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her daughter-in-law Margaret Hersey of Delaware, Ohio. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and 1 great great granddaughter.
