She is survived by: her sons, John, Trey (Tiffany), Mike and Stephen (Missy); her siblings, Kathy, William (Phyllis) and Ronnie; her grandchildren, Ophelia and Kellan; her nieces and nephews, Dana, Jill, Mandi, Shannon, Shea, Susan, John, Josh, Kenneth, Michael, Mike, Sean, Shad, Shane and Thad; and her close friend Anne.
