It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Dean Leath of Acworth, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leath and Virginia Leath; and his brother Darrell Leath. He is survived by: his wife Patty Leath; his daughters, Cynthia Leath (Dave) and Lauren Leath; and his siblings, Linda Brackett (Lonnie), Dennis Leath (Joyce), Randall Leath (Loretta) and Sandy Cartee (Danny). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the American Lung Association.
