She was predeceased by: her parents, Octavie Bailey Manning and William Lucious Manning; her son Bobby Daryl Carpenter; and her siblings, Cortland Manning, Deforest "Bunk" Bailey, James Manning, George Manning, Tomas Lee Manning, Emmie M. West and Opal M. Gilbreath.
She is survived by: her children, James Rodney (Brande Carpenter) of Acworth, Georgia and Laura Ann (David Whitlock) of Acworth, Georgia; her brothers, Frank Manning and Clarence Manning (Margaret) of LaFayette, Georgia; her grandchildren, Rochelle Ensworth (Chris), Derrick Carpenter (Emilie), Amanda Brendel (Nic) and Jacob Whitlock; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Savannah, Emilie and Landon. She is also survived by daughter-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
