With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen (Kay) Kanable Reynolds (Acworth, Georgia), born in Kokomo, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2024 at the age of 80. As Karen departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Karen. Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ira Kanable and Mickey Fortson Kanable; her sister JoAnn Warner (Albert) of Rantoul, IL; and her children, Jeena Verdelotti (Brett) of New Port Richie, FL, Jill Conforti (Carl) of Kennesaw, GA, Jay Reynolds (Holly) of Wichita Falls, TX and Kevin Reynolds (Ashley) of Odessa, FL.. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and numerous cousins.
