He was predeceased by: his wife Amber Michelle "Boggs" Hicks; and his grandmother Grace Elizabeth Hicks. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Hicks and Charlene Hicks; his son Jacob Hicks; his siblings, Michael and Ashley Hicks; and his grandfathers, Ralph Hicks and Ted.
In lieu of flowers, Donations are to be made to the Trust Fund set up for Jacob Hicks.
