He is survived by: his children, Leslie Ann Hever, Adelia Denise Corcoran and Jon Leslie Phillips, Jr.; his brother Alan Phillips; and his grandchildren, Kristen Corey, Katie Brannen, Joey Hever and Matthew Hever.
