He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Mae (Sorenson) and Thomas John; and his brothers, Thomas and James. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sister Christine Ahlstrom (Charles); his sons, Anthony (Dolores) and Scott; his grandchildren, Rachel, Kevin, Zachary and Anne; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Nora. He is also survived by his sons and daughter and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts to either St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Boys Town.
