He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Emma Caldwell Cole and James Cole; and his wife Peggy Mathews Cole. He is survived by: his sons, Michael David (Sandy Cole) of Dallas, Georgia and Robert 'Bobby Walter Cole of Dallas, Georgia; his sister-in-law Irene Wiggins of Woodstock, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Brad Cole (Kim), Chad Cole (Danielle), David Cole (Brittany), Crystal Duncan (Casey), Courtney Stewart (Blake) and Tyler Rogers. He is also survived by his eight great grandchildren.
