He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Allen and Dorothy Allen; and his siblings, Jackie D. Allen, Frankie Allen and Shirey A. Knighton.
He is survived by: his wife Anne P. Allen; his children, Donna A. Valore (Mark) and Andew T. Allen (April); his grandsons, Lance Dillbeck, Josiah A. Dilbeck, Daniel J. Dilbeck, Emmanuel D. Allen and Elijah T. Allen; his great grandchildren, Lily Anne Dilbeck and Kaitlyn N. Dilbeck; and also Phillip W. Allen.
