He is survived by: his son Gavin Coleman; his parents, Joyce Coleman and Tommy "Lynn" Coleman; his brother Jason Coleman; his sister-in-law Katie Coleman; and his nieces, Olivia and Brianna Colman.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to a GoFund me account setup for Jeremy's son Gavin.
