He was predeceased by: his parents, William Biggs and Lillian Riches Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Biggs; his son Doug Rollins (Mari); his grandson Logan Rollins; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Bonilla (Harold) and Shirley Fuller (Kenneth).
