He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herbert Wilbur Sr. and Ruby Wilbur. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wilbur; his children, Shannon (Wes Anderson), Jamie Wilbur and Cam (Alison Wilbur); his grandson James Wesley Anderson III (Jake); and his children, Tatum Anderson Barber (Thomas Barber), Griffin Bogner, Carson Wilbur and Kenley Wilbur.
