The memory of James Alan Strickland of Acworth, Georgia, who passed away on December 30, 2024 at the age of 65, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Strickland and Isabelle Strickland (MacIntosh). He is survived by: his wife Marie Packard; his children, Andrew and Leah; his siblings, Dee, Robert (Kathy), Billy and Brian; his sister-in-law Ellen Warecki (Peter); and also Edson Spadoni. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home (2950 Cobb Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Clare of Assisi Catholic Church (6301 Cedarcrest Rd, Acworth, GA 30101).
