She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stanley and Senie Belle Stanley; her husband Thurmon Boswell; and her siblings, John of Clayton, JT, Ralph, Calvin, Ruby, Gladys and Mae.

She is survived by: her children, Phillip Boswell (Barbara), Dale Boswell (Yaya), Michael Boswell (Cathy), Patricia Ham (Jason), Sharon Boswell (Nancy) and Gail Kuykendall (Jeff). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM and on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home (2950 Cobb Pkwy N, Kennesaw, GA 30152). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
