He is survived by: his son Rick Payne (Barbara); his stepchildren, Scott Huskins (Beth Raleigh) of Cartersville and Lynn Gilbert (Jeff) of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Alecia Hendrix, Cassie Womack, Candise Huskins, Courtney Defoor (Brian), Cody Perkins (Bridgett) and Riley Huskins; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Grayson Perkins, Kaylin Taylor, Brayson Hyde, Addison Defoor, Jisavid Brown, Jeremiah and Kirah Huskins; his sisters-in-law, Gail Payne and Pauline Gravely; and his niece Phyllis Randall.
