He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Worley (Scott) and Gina Smith (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Jennifer Giltz (Andy), Eli Smith (Cassandra), Justin Escue, Emma McGrew (Chris) and Ezra Smith; his great grandchildren, Shannon, Nathan, Callie, Nolan and Annie; his great great grandchild Jack; and his sisters, Joyce Garrett and Roma Greenway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
