He is survived by: his wife Teresa Caldwell; his sons, Matt Caldwell (Lori) of Marietta, GA and Chris Caldwell (Melissa) of Powder Springs, GA; his sisters, Susan Stone (Jimmy) of Fairburn, GA, Donna Chafin (George) of Douglasville, GA and Kathie Miller (Tom) of Hobbs, NM; and his grandchildren, Michael Caldwell, Collin Caldwell, Ryanne Caldwell, Mallory Caldwell, Max Caldwell and Mark Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
