He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bell and Sarah Bell; and his siblings, Brewer Bell and Sarah Ham. He is survived by: his wife Anne Martin Bell of Acworth; his children, David Bell (Megan) of Kennesaw, Brenda Thomas (Jerry) of Jacksonville, Fla. and Dianne Valentine of Jonesboro; and his sister Charlotte Collins (Curtis) of Chelsea, Ala.. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grand Children.
