He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Horner and Ila Taylor Horner; and his siblings, Betty Easley (Alvin), Maybre Talton, Diane Benson (Curtis), Ruby Long (Hairl), Pete, Roy and Billy.
He is survived by: his children, Robin (Aaron), Alicia, Slate and Addam; his grandchildren, Ty, Christian (Rashada), Lydia (Brittany), Payton Alicia, Maya Caroline and Solomon Slate; his wife Nancy Ellen Johnson; his siblings, Barbara Collins (John), Tommy (Faye) and Mike; his sisters-in-law, Sharon (Billy) and Jean (Roy); his nephew Dale Horner; and his niece Krista Shipman. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
