He was predeceased by: his parents, G. W. Gresham and LoDean Gresham; and his brothers, Larry Douglas Gresham and William Gus Gresham. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Patterson-Gresham; his daughter Heather Gresham Glass (Freddie); his stepdaughter Brittani Minor; his grandchildren, Ally Glass, Gracie Glass, Noah Glass, Cole Glass, Mickual Glass, Shelby Glass, Abby Glass and Jason Minor; and his brothers, Michael E Gresham Sr. and Andrew Lee Gresham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
