He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lester and Mable Lester; and his daughter Kimberly Toole. He is survived by: his sister Melody Nottingham; his brother-in-law George Nottingham (Georgia) of White; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Nottingham (Terri) of Fairmont, Rodger Nottingham (Camilla) of Woodstock, Amanda Cagle (Terry) of White and Joyce Madden of Woodstock. He is also survived by cousins and many great nieces and nephews.
