He was predeceased by: his parents, Dimon Lawrence Page and Annie Pearl Gowen Page; his former wife Beth Fallin Page; his son David Lawrence Page; and his siblings, Kerry Brent Page and Marcia Page Capps.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Gardner Page; and his friend Gowen. He is also survived by family, he leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews.
