He is survived by: his close friend Barbara; his wife Barbara; his daughters, Pam and Kate; his grandchildren, Gillian, Nathan, Natalie and Elizabeth; his sons-in-law, Trevor and Bob; and his siblings, Rick (Bonnie), Ron (Maureen), Susan and Lisa.
