She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Patterson, Sr. and Bonnie Kincaid Patterson; her husband Hubert Aubrey Rogers; and her siblings, Eunice Marie Sharp, J. W. Patterson, William Harold Patterson and John Henry Patterson, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Gerald Hice (Cindy) and Annette Hice-Vann (Herbert); her grandchildren, R. G. Hice, Adrian Earl Hice, Kimberly Brown and Katie Vann-Blauvelt; and her siblings, Willa Dean Patterson Reeves and James Patterson (Donna). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
