He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rogers and Kate Hood Rogers Lunsford. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Rogers; his sons, Phillip Rogers, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and Craig Rogers of Summerville, SC; his stepson Mark Tate (Heather); and his sisters, Charlene Jones (Leon) and Marietta. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
