Ward of Acworth, Georgia, born in Dickson, Tennessee, who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ward and Jesse Ward; his brothers, Robert (Billie) and Bill (Molly); and his grandson Austin Elrod.
He is survived by: his children, Donny Ward, Robbie Ward (Dawn), Angela Warren, Lori Sharpe (Richard) and Ryan Ward (Tama); his stepgrandchildren, Chandler, Jillian, Jackson, Kenzie and Mikaela; his sister Shirley Eubanks (Jerrold); his close friend Sharon Mathis; and his stepchildren, Jay Mathis (Cynthia) and Shelby Snider (Shawn). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Western Hills (700 Mars Hill Rd, Kennesaw, GA 30152). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
