He is survived by: his children, Tina Le'ne Streetmon of Lawrenceville and Richard Streetmon of Dahlonega; his siblings, Bobby Streetmon of Woodstock, Linda Swain of Loganville and Karen Smith of Monroe; his grandchildren, Chase Streetmon and Heaven Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Chevelle and Kolton.
