He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol James, and Frank James, Sr.; his brother Frank James, Jr. (Darron); his wife Tammy James; his children, Frank James, Brittany Rawls, Sydney Drake, Alexandria James and Alexia James; his grandchildren, Chloe Drake, Braden Rawls and Bianca Rawls; his sisters, Darlene James, Cheryl James of New York and Tameka Anderson of South Carolina; his aunt Debbie Waldrond of New York; and his sister-in-law Odessa Edwards of Texas.
