He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Carter and Elvira Carter (Timson); and his sister Elvira. He is survived by: his wife Adele Carter (Smith); his children, Thomas Carter (Michiko), Cherie Carbone and Donna Najarro (Jorge); his grandchildren, Andrew, Amanda, Alexia, Joseph, Saydee, Marissa, Thomas Jr. and Kendrick; and his great grandchildren, Christian and Amelia. He is also survived by his three brothers, 2 sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
