He is survived by: his children, Natrecia Jack-Thompson (Anthony), Jackie Jack-Nora (Kenneth), Yolanda "Summer" Jack, Andre Jack, Jermaine Jack (Vernathelia), Cloyd Jack II (Nicole), Jamal Jack, Jaleel Jack and Elijah Jack; his grandchildren, Andrea Jack, D'junae Thompson-Jack, Gabrielle Thompson, Tyler Thompson, Austen Nora, Aubree Nora, Versianuquelia Jack, Katarah Jack, Zemirah Jack and Caeli Amore Jack; and his siblings, Bevon Jack, Bibsy Jack-Murray, Mavis Campbell, Vilma Campbell-Mclean (Ronald), Gile Campbell, Lana Campbell, Lloyd Jack, Denzil Jack (Claudia), Donette Jack and Kharel Jack. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
