We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2022, at the age of 70, Charles Larry Thompson (Acworth, Georgia), born in Dublin, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, D. W. Thompson (Daniel Webster) and Christine Coody Thompson; and his son William Matthew Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Faye McCord; his son Charles Daniel Thompson of Athens, GA; his siblings, Richard Leroy Thompson of Demorest, GA and Gloria Ann Hasty of Honolulu, HI; his nephew Gerald Luke Hasty (Jeomhee); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayhee and Aeda Hasty; and his granddaughter Jessica Cusick (Adam). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, the Atlanta Community Food Bank, or any non-profit.
