He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte. He is survived by: his sons, Geoffrey Alday (Jennifer) of Franklin, TN and John Alday of Smynra, GA; his siblings, Sandra Benefield of Dahlonega, GA and David Alday of Macon, GA; and his grandchildren, Olivia Alday and Logan Alday.
