He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Gibson; his son Cecil Allen Gibson; and his parents, Alva Gibson and Betty Gibson. He is survived by: his daughter Alicia Ann Gibson Davis; his son-in-law Christopher Scott Davis; his grandchildren, Samuel Winton Davis, Sofia Grace Davis and Lyla Faith Davis; his stepgranddaughter Macie Parker Davis; his sister Lois Anne Croft; and his brother-in-law William Larry Croft.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bascomb United Methodist Church in Woodstock, GA in care of Cecil's memory.
